Why attend the 49th Annual Meeting of the EBMT?
The Annual Meeting of the EBMT is the most important annual event for research and education in the field of blood and marrow transplantation and cellular therapy in Europe. It attracts more than 6,000 participants, including international experts, scientists, physicians, nurses, statisticians, clinical research technicians, patients and processing laboratory personnel. This year’s event will be held in Paris in a hybrid format offering attendees the option to attend in-person or online.

The EBMT Scientific Council, together with the local organising committee, has designed an outstanding programme between Sunday, 23 April 2023 – Wednesday, 26 April 2023 covering key issues relating to HSCT and cellular therapy research.
Most of the sessions will be in-person and live-streamed through our congress platform for our virtual audience.
The sessions will be available on-demand on our congress platform during the live event and for 2 months after that, except for the Meet the Expert sessions and some sponsored sessions.
Which Experts will you meet in Paris?
Meet the Expert sessions are a unique opportunity to sit down and converse on a more one-to-one level with an expert in the field. Bear in mind that spots are limited and are only available to in-person attendees of the Annual Meeting in Paris.

The Paris Congress Centre is a first-class venue, very lively and easily accessible by RER, metro and bus. It is located in the heart of Paris, a few steps away from the most beautiful Champs-Élysées and the impressive Arc de Triomphe.
